Ordering - Online ordering is done through the secure shopping cart, and you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will also receive an email to let you know when your order is shipped. Orders can also be placed by phone at 617-558-1801.
Payment - Credit cards accepted are Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
Shipping - Most orders are shipped via UPS for which a street address is needed for delivery. Orders for ornaments only will be shipped USPS, as will requested USPS delivery. I will ship most orders within 5-10 business days and will notify you by email if there is a delay in your order. If expedited shipping is needed please call.
Shipping Charges - A 15% charge for shipping will be added to all orders, with a minimum charge of $3.00. If this minimum is not reflected on the shopping cart you will see it in your final charges.
Damaged Items - In the event that your package looks damaged upon receipt, please open immediately and inspect all items. If any of the items are damaged be sure to keep all packing materials. If your delivery was by UPS, please call them immediately at 1-800-742-5877, then notify me at 617-558-1801. Let me know as soon as possible about the damage so I can arrange to replace the damaged item.
Returns and Refunds - I guarantee all products and your satisfaction with them upon receipt. If a product is damaged or defective it will be replaced at no charge. Please call 617-558-1801 before returning any items for authorization, and within 15 days of receipt. Items not damaged or defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If a refund is necessary the amount will be applied to the original credit card used. Contact me immediately if there are any missing items from your order.
